Kochi: The Supplyco has a turnover of Rs.59 crore from the Christmas and New Year fair held by the organisation through its sales outlets across the state, said Dr. Sanjeebkumar Patjoshi, MD, in a press release here today.
The district wise break up of the turnover is as follows –
Thiruvananthapuram – 787001 76, Kollam – 80580133, Pathanamthitta – 29336276, Kottayam – 70964640, Idukki – 24991391, Alappuzha – 44014617, Enakulam – 56652149, Thrissur – 323388 69, Palakkad – 32 110 179, Malappuram – 14403335, Kozhikode – 32100389, Wayanad -17249108, Kannur – 54278262 and Kasaragod – 20685585.
Over 25 lakh customers are estimated to have visited Supplyco outlets in the State during the season. Various products to the tune of Around 10,000 tonnes were made available to the public at subsidized rates.
1957 people, including 1238 women and 719 men, participated in the Supplyco Gift Scheme of Rs 5,000, introduced as part of the fair. One each from the participant male and female customers will be selected for the prize, the press release said.
