Kochi: In a move to make payments digital, expression of interest is invited from digital payment service providers for 500+retail outlets of SUPPLYCO.The services will be provided to 1000 outlets in the second phase depending on the outcome and public response. Registrations should be done via supplycokerala.com.
Preference would be given to those who satisfy the following conditions.
1.The providers would be doing service without taking additional charges.
2.The full bill amount should be given to SUPPLYCO.
3.The daily collection should be deposited in the respective banks linked to the outlet.
4.Hardware required, if any, should be provided by the companies free of any cost/rent.
5.The shop manager should be getting details of every successful transaction.
6.Mobile phones are not provided in outlets, however, a computer with internet connectivity is available.
7.Alternate business models can also be submitted. Please provide EOI on or before 20th December with all technical details and the shortest time(in the number of days) to credit the amount in the Bank account of the respective outlet.
Meanwhile, work is underway to implement online sales and home delivery through Supplyco outlets in four phases. The first phase of the project ‘Supply Kerala’ was inaugurated by the respective Minister for Food and Civil Supplies Adv.GR Anil at Thrissur Corporation. Online sales would be implemented in all six corporations and district headquarters before 31st March through SUPPLYCO outlets.
